What is Bodily Injury and Property Damage?

The policy will pay for bodily injury when you are legally responsible for the bodily injury to another person in an accident with your auto. Bodily injury includes serious or permanent injury or death. The policy will also pay for property damage you caused to others, up to the policy limit, using an auto. Property damage includes all tangible property including the loss of use.

What is collision coverage?

Collision coverage pays for your auto, the actual cash value or repair, when your auto strikes another object except animals. The policy will also offer “other than collision” which pays for such things as colliding with animals, the theft of your auto, or if you car happens to catch on fire.
